Finally exercising again.

14 mile MTB run last night which had some steep climbing and some new single track that was uncovered. :hyper: I struggled last night on the climbs as I could not get in a gear higher, so I backed it down and just plugged away. Still no stopping and resting, but just ground it out. I am getting faster and faster on my downhill descents in the gnarly stuff. :shocked: I made some minor adjustments to the rear suspension and I was even faster and smoother....Not sure that was a great idea...:devil:

I have lost 10lbs over the summer and now I need to start exercising my old bones. Seems like I can always lose weight over the summer and then the holidays come along. :noidea:

yea i think its all caught up to me and im sore and tired as can be. the horrible thing is that i have ate like crap the entire time so i am just maintaining for this past couple weeks :foul:
