Yes, that is a breather hose that connects to the frame. So, it could be a special molded hose or a flex thats not to drastic of 5/8's it looks like.

nah not yet... looked through the garage and found a bunch of clips for wires/tubes but didn't see a spare hose...lol.

I was at Privateer Connection and they had a YZF like yours so I asked where that hose went.....he said its a breather that goes from the valve cover to the fitting that goes to the oil tank in the frame.
