i use the extra oil i have from oil changes and stuff to lube everything up, cant do it on the cement or kitty litter will have to be used

Same here.
I just use this, I have had no problems with it and I wash and reapply after every ride. It is cheap and easy to use and you can find it at wal-mat, auto-zone, O'reilly so on and so on.
