Know dba friends the Chain gard on the rear tire the chain won't go through it because the rear sprocket is bigger than the factory one
What suggestions u guys have

Drill one more set of holes in the guard hanger that's welded on the bottom of the swingarm! Just make sure you measure it two or 3 times before you drill it!

Good way to do it I think. How large were you able to go?
Wish I could take the credit but the swing arm came from the states via eBay with the hole already drilled,
There was only one extra hole drilled out on the rear end of the bracket which would have worked with a worn slider but probs not at the front leading edge with a new slider block due to drop angle of the chain, I reckon one more hole at the front about two thirds the distance below the original front hole against that of the rear holes distance would cover it!
I fitted an Oem 48t and had to lift the slider to the original mounts!

We tack weld over layed metal and add another set of bolts. We have run 14 tooth countershafts with up to 56 tooth rear sprockets the chain stays off the swing arm more, less suspension affect under high traction hard acceleration.
