250F 250 died and isnt starting

I was riding my 2003 YZ250F like normal when it all of a sudden shut off, no weird sound or anything it just died. The way it just died from nowhere i thought it was the spark but it got good spark. might be fuel problem but it died so quick. anyone know where i should start troubleshooting?

So many things - but sounds like maybe a bad kill switch(short) or is the fuel line/filter clogged and not getting fuel to the carb or the float bowls are stuck shut and no more fuel is getting to the motor.

Do you have one of those metal vent plug on the gas tank vent hose? Those will plug up and cut off flow to your carb. If you take the cap off for a few minutes, it should allow the float bowl to refill and the bike should start. As CDA said, without more info, it could be most anything. I suggested the cap vent as it’s an easy check/elimination.
