Other 2022 Honda CRF250RX Rough Idle/Stalling

I have as 2022 crf250rx with less than 30 hours that idles rough (sputtering) once it warms up and stalls. It'll ride perfect but once you stop it'll stall. So far this is what i have done and have had no luck;
-New injector
-New spark plug
-New MAP sensor
-New TP sensor
-New ignition coil
-New ECU
-Checked Valve clearance
-Checked fuel pressure (has 50 psi)
-New air filter
-Checked Kill Switch
-Put fresh fuel in it

Leak down test is next on the experiment list!
Yes it has the idle speed adjustment, if I set the idle speed high it’ll keep the bike running without stalling but once I set to a normal idle it’ll eventually stall.
