no spark

    2 Stroke 2001 ktm 125 sx bad stator?

    My 2001 ktm 125 sx has no spark, I was testing the resistance in my stator, both wires from the generator charging coil shows about 30 ohms to the ground, is my stator bad?

    Should I get this 94 KTM 300

    I talked to someone on craigslist about his 1994 KTM 300, I can get it for $500 but he washed it and now it doesnt spark according to what he said.
