that cop is all kinds of stupid. first off it that was a pretty extreme reaction to pulling someone over for a cracked window. handcuffs and hands on the dashboard and all that... dam what a dick. Second he should have never been forcing dude to stay on the ground. he could be causing more harm by making the guy struggle with him.

I think nothing with the guys stop, that is probably standard procedure in a situation where the officer is outnumbered, for all he knows the occupants have weapons in the car. And the keeping the guy on the ground is what should be done, having him move with out knowing extent of back/neck injuries as moving the victim could result in more injuries or death. Victimss should only be moved in situations with exigent circumstances or by trained on scene mEdical professionals. Learned it in first aid 101

i was a Highway Patrol officer for a while... he didn't handle any of it properly.

i dont know how many times you have been pulled over in your life buti have been quite a few times especially when iw as younger and always runnin around with thugs. i am sure we were more of a "threat" and the cops didnt handle it that way EVER!!

i agree with you the guy shouldnt move but hes not in his right mind. i dont think you should be pushing on him like the cop was :noidea:
 
woah... creepy dude i just posted that on another forum. I also jsut recently subscribed to that guys vids. he does awesome graphical editing.
