Show Us Your Tattoo's

The only Tattoo I saw growing up was the short little MF'r that told the guy that sold Chysler Cordoba's with fine Corinthian leather that a plane was coming!

I guess you have to be 30+ like me  to understand that last comment!

"The plane, boss! The plane!"

Tattoos's have become mainstream. But I still have none and will get none. I was raised to believe that people with tattoos were sailors, criminals, outcasts, or misfits. I know this isn't the case today. But that upbringing still sticks with me in the back of my mind. For that reason, I can never think of my skin as a doodle pad subject to a whim. There has never been a symbol or image that was so powerful to me that I wanted it indelibly etched on my body. That's just my opinion! To each his own, and I don't care what other people chose!

I will say, that tattoos can hurt you if you are in a profession where presentation and a professional appearance is part of being successful. As an example, you never see a doctor or nurse with visible tattoos. Even food service workers are shunned if you have a lot of visible ink. You rarely see a businessman with a full sleeve on his arm. It takes away from your credibility and perception of cleanliness, even honesty and trustworthiness. It can separate you from where you are to where you want to be. That's the truth! Better believe it!:prof:

you were raised wrong..... im willing to put money down saying that majority of tattooed people are kinder, nicer and more loving then the average shmuck with no tattoos.

but your decision to not have tattoos is ok. nothing wrong with non tattoo people they are still ok in my book.

see what i did there... see i how i fliped it ?

see how fucked up that way of thinking is?

Initially, I didn't like you Travace. I thought you were a dick!

But I've grown to like your point of view, at times, and I have to respect it! Kudos to you! no?

I'll bet if we ever met, we would have a high time busting balls, no?

I like your vids and ride reports! I always watch them! Very cool!

And you have some good things to say!

We are not that far apart on what we like and do...

But seriously, really inked dudes are scorned for life if you want a real job and you are not already an expert in your profession... Just sayin!

sometimes i lack the hold back what im thinking brain cell or something and it can rub some people the wrong way. I try to be a very open minded person. TRY is the key word as it isnt always the case :P
