Does anybody own or can recommend a cold therapy ice machine? Been eyeing this Don Joy one.

I have the Donjoy Iceman unit. That is the one I was talking to you about in the Dez. Worked great for my shoulder.

Only complaint, was that you need to keep adding ice. We found out that freezing water bottles works best. Otherwise, you are having someone make ice runs all the time.

Their spec sheet says up to 7 hours, what's the "real-world" number?

With that you should be able speed up the healing process. No reason not to ride 90 days post op!
