I've done something to the bike everyday since wednesday this week.
Wednesday I put the stock wr upper tripple clamp back on to mount the odo like its supposed to be, noticed I had a problem with the forks which turned out to be that dampning rod being disconnected from the fork cap, redid the forks thursday, filled with motul 10 weight, put it back together. Friday I tried the asv with the 03-05 yamaha clutch perch wondering if that was the perch they designed it for, it wasn't. Today I put whats provided I don't crash hard and wipe out the headlight or side pannels again, the last pre prints for a while, and cleaned the airfilter. Tomorrow I'm going riding.

Today I started part one of rebuilding the ultimate track weapon, parts orded :thumb: Part 2 is installation, 3 is PC suspension rebuild, 4 is new rings :thumb: just for now

today i got the wife and the kids into the truck with a can of gas and they followed me for a nice loop of a part of NE San Diego county. I really wanted to ride till i ran out so i can see what kinda range im dealing with now but on the way back she was getting sick and had to pull over a few times. So i got home and did a few laps around town and hit 80 miles on the GPS with what looks like 1/4 a tank left. i know its prolly not that much but when i look at where the gas is on the side its about 1/4 of the way. Id say on mellow stuff i prolly get 90... maybe 100 before hitting reserve

Finished up my first top and bottom end late last night and got to fire it up this afternoon. 3 kicks and it came to life. Only leak was from the pet cock and the new o-ring is already on the way. Pumped to go ride now that it's finally making noise again. :ride:
