150F/230F CRF150R build up?

Hey guys do they make any big bore kits or anything you can do to a CRF150R Expert to get more out of them? Teach me and talk to me about the 150R's. I'm looking at putting a lady on one that is 5'2 and 100-110#. I want the good suspension. I'm just trying to figure out what to put her on when she wants more power. The height thing seems to be killing us when it comes to more power. So what cool things could I do to a 150R?

Is she a real experienced rider Bryce?? If not, I really don't think you'll be looking at pulling anymore power out of this bike, at least not anytime soon. It flat out hauls ass, and may be a bit of a handful for a newer rider. You really need to try one out and see for yourself. If you do go with the 150, just make sure you get the RB. :thumb:

ride it first and go from there.
I guarantee this little bike surprises you.
aside from that, just the usual guards and braces if its an off road bike

Been doing some reading on this little bike and it looks like its a real kick in pants. I wanna try one bad! Gonna have to start looking around and see if I can find one to try out!

Depending on the type of riding you will be doing, you may want to look into a heavier flywheel for it. It will smooth out the power delivery and make the bike easier to ride and much more stall resistant in the tight stuff. We recommend a 7oz for desert and a 9oz for roots/woods riding.

At 5'2 i disagree she will fit good. I was 5'5 when i got my 150R and i was tippytoeing it. Its also gonna have PLENTY more power than she will need, especially for the trails.

Well I have a friend that picked one up for his wife and we are going to go ride it. He is a big guy and says its a fun bike. He also said it will be way more then she will out grow for a while. :thumb: I will let you guys know what happens.:thumb:

Thanks man. We ended up with a KX100. Going to try the 2 stroke thing. Guess we will see how that goes.
