Fork Leak?

Hey guys I have a couple questions. On my WR250 I have a fork that is seeping. Its just enough to notice its wet. I think I have some dirt in the seal. (I think the seal is good) I tried taking some paper and sliding it up around the seal and I got some dirt out but I still think there is more. Any tips or ideas? How often do you normally need to redo fork seals? When I load my bike I do put a block in so the forks don't compress. (Been told that helps) Anyways any tips on cleaning out the seal would be great.

Yeah I actually think it is why?

Leave the bike on the kickstand alot?
I remove any and all kickstands from my bikes because of that... I always put them up on a bike stand. Reason is an old timer told me that my left side fork leaks before the right side because it leans that way on a kickstand. it puts more pressure to one side of the seal and and bushing... it isn't a fast wear but it matters. since I have been doing this, (10yrs) I have yet to get a bad seal....

Mine started leaking last summer, and i cleaned them out several times with little prevail, so i did my fork seals last week. Once we knew what we were doing and had the proper tools, it was very easy.
