Would This Be Considered Stealing?

Ok so I heard this on the radio on the way to work this morning.

If I were to go and pick a couple flowers off some random guys lawn would that be stealing?:noidea: Would it still be considered theft if I got them for my wife/girlfriend/mom? What if the flowers grow back would it just be "attempted theft"? How about if they grew back before he even knew they were gone? :smirk:

If the "flowers" looked like this, then yeah...

if you dont own it it belongs to someone else, and if it is not a public property, then it is stealing. Now would you get any LEO to do anything? Would you get a DA to prosecute? Well when do you cross that line? One flower, 10 flowers, the entire front yard?? A person's front yard is open to public passage unless it is fenced, but that doesnt make it OK to take property and remove it.

yea its stealing. alltho some yards have weeds that grow and bloom certain times of the year so they just might thank you for it. steal the last rose on a rose bush that they prized and you could be asking for trouble.

What lame ass morning show do you listen to?

Stealing stuff is relative: :prof: For example, taking stuff from a poor street dude with nothing but his cardboard box is considered teaching him a lesson in securing his crap better. Taking stuff from rich Mo-Fos, like myself, is considered stealing, and is punishable by being shot with a ball of fecal matter. You're welcome in advance, N-Edge

Ok here's something else I thought about. :smirk:

You're in your backyard grilling burgers, when your neighbor asks you if he can stand there and take in the aroma. Do you tell him that he has to pay for it, as you did have to buy the burgers, charcoal, and grill, and nothings free?

Actually I'm guilty of that...but it's ok as long as you stay on YOUR SIDE of the fence! Now, rigging up a spatula on a long pole for poaching is ok as long as you don't get caught. :busted:
