Howdy.
If it ran fine before, I would clean the carburetor again.
1/8th to 3/4 throttle is controlled by the needle and needle jet. The needle jet can have tiny holes along it's length. As well as all associated passages through the carburetor body.
Is the choke stuck on? Simlilar symptoms can arise.

People always say they clean the carb, but do not pull the jets out and clean them. All it takes is a small piece of dirt to stick in the jets and can have the cleanest carb, but not really clean....

A carb cleaning tool really helps with getting jets clean:

Alternatively, an acetylene torch tip cleaner will work also. You can find them at Northern Tool, Lowe’s, or most any place for around $5.

I went through the bike today and finally figured out what the problem was the neadle in the carb needed moved up and that fixed my problem thank y’all for you suggestions.
