250 Rebuilding KX250

Langcourt for your re-seal nicasil, RMATV/MC is 9.99 for Yamalube 32oz, and the 10% off makes it even cheaper, run 32:1-4oz per gallon and 20oz per 5gl and do a 4:1 pump/race (Sunoco 112) premium in a 5 gallon every other 5 gallons. Two strokes love leaded gas also. My YZ's have been very happy and reliable in this set up. Keep the butt plug in the exhaust when your not using the bike no matter where you store it. Better to be sealed! Not much moisture can build up in a closed system. Your jug is nicasil, not a steel sleeve.

 you're late Spicoli.

Really? Has the jug been sent off? Is the rebuild done? Is he riding into the sunset? Is he climbing hills, jumping jumps? Or are you just talking out your ass? Mr. Hand y?

You're my ass that never stops talking. Way past the riggamarole he just needs to collect the scratch and call the UPS dude to come collect parts for him. There's another thread for premix and lunch. ‍‍‍

I leave three dumps a day. I'm just a regular kind of guy. When I get up in the morning, after a cup (sometimes just the smell) of coffee, I roll out a steamer Steve, after breakfast and just before lunch I release a nasty Mike. Later in the night, (maybe just after dinner, or just before) I am 10 centimeters dilated and pushing cotton again. Life is good, eh Andy?

Is there anyway to check the play of crank bearings without splitting cases. I can do it I just don't wanna buy the special tools if I don't have to

Yes, you can check movement if you push, pull back and forth, and pry one way then the other with a pry bar, large screw driver, etc. don't look directly at the crank but just off to the side on the case. That way you will see the slightest movement out of the corner of your eye.
Primitive, but it does work.
And those pics on the frame and front end are damn sexy.
