Another cross-over from TT

First off, I'd like to say this site is pretty awesome so far. I'm just a good ole boy from Virginia, I'm growing a garden on my 3 acres (only about .5-1 acre of good farm land), although I like to refer to it as Riley's Orgy of Vegetable, Fruits, and Such because I don't like the sound of a garden. Motocross is the main focus at this time. I ride a 2008 CRF250r. I also own a '79 Chevy K-10 with a few goodies under it (used for mudding and playing). A few more hobbies of mine is fishing, hunting, and making weapons/explosives. Name is Riley Hawley, now start the "roosting"!

 Welcome v757b, sit down, crack those fingers, and make yourself at home. :thumb:

 You guys won't ever forget that, I should just go and delete that thread. :bonk:

1. Bring it on! TT has prepared me some, but DBA is a little more brutal...I like it.

2. Garden? Please refer to it as my Orgy of Vegetables, Fruits, And Such when you are talking to me. :naughty: I will post them later when they are somewhat grown. I planted them on the 16th and the turnips have just surfaced, but the carrots will take a little longer (7-12 days). I must warn you that my fall Orgy is only 3 rows of 20ft. I was late this season, so I had to settle for a small fall crop growing. Then next year I am off to the full on 1 acre growing of sweet corn, taters, and much much more. If all goes as planned, I should have around 150 total crops (carrots and turnips). I can't wait until Spring for the big stuff! Here is the first day I started working on it; http://i630.photobucket.com/albums/uu26/v757b/Other/DSC04053.jpg Don't mind the quad...I'm uhh...holding it for a friend.

3. Yeah yeah. I've only been whipping the past 2 times riding. I actually crashed on the first one. I swapped out and got thrown into the face of the last hump in the triple. As I was flipping, I saw the bike was coming for me, but stopped before the hump, and I got thrown into it and over. Aftermath...nothing but mud and really sore the next day; http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos...89064748_100000446240495_312487_1136700_n.jpg As my Dad said to a few friends, "Everything is fine! Nothing is broken!...Oh and, Riley's ok too."

4. That's good right? I hate my generation of kids.

Oh man, I'm not too good with whoops at the moment. The track I ride at has big rolling sweepers, only hit small whoops before. Glad to be here!

Welcome 757. Just to let you know DBA has a store to spruce up that bike.

Your cross-ups look good. I'm impressed. I'm wondering if you can do cross-ups in first gear.

Pull up a chair (careful Rack/CDA can get jealous/envious) and stay awhile. :thumb:

Actually DBA is more OPEN, we aren't politically correct, and we only have one super mod encase something gets really nasty. We ARE PG13 though. :thumb:

 Glad nothing serious happened to you.:thumb:

 It is in my book.

:smirk: There's a thread in the Ride Reports section called Logroad Crash Report, where some guy () lost it in the whoops. :cripple:
Hey, I hope you guys don't mind my front fender stickers. :smirk:

DSC03665.jpg

When are we getting DBA stickers?
 Don't worry we'll take care of that, I just checked with UPS and it looks like the fender arches are at home. :thumb: So as long as they're correct they'll be in the store this weekend.

Nice red dirt BTW. :ride:

Welcome!

That is some RED dirt to match that RED bike! From tail whips to planting crops and all fired up!....I like it:thumb:no transition needed!

Your "friend's quad" will come in handy when it is time to harvest, it's good to keep those friends around.

Nice introduction, pics and bike:ride:

Welcome 757. Just to let you know DBA has a store to spruce up that bike.

I'll be checking that out! I canceled my old debit card when I lost my wallet after we got rained in at the track. Conveniently I found the wallet last week with my canceled card on it and I still haven't ordered a new one. :banghead: But, soon, I will have some DBA stickers.

Thanks!
Hmmmmmmm. Depends on the gearing...:P

Good! TT was just getting ridiculous. Turned into more of a politics and everything-else-but-dirt bike forum. I like politics, but when I get the urge to argue, I'll pop in over there.

 Glad nothing serious happened to you.:thumb:

Thanks! Woke me up more than anything. :ride:

 It is in my book.

Ok good. I have to warn y'all, I can be very debating and hard-headed about politics and religion and etc. I blame TT.

:smirk: There's a thread in the Ride Reports section called Logroad Crash Report, where some guy () lost it in the whoops. :cripple:

Hahahaha! I just read the first few pages. Nice!

Awesome! When will they be on the store? I'm interested.

Nice red dirt BTW. :ride:

Gotta love the slippery red clay. :smirk: It's hard to ride in, hard to grow in, but I love it.

Cool looking shrouds ! Btw, your chain looks a little loose. :smirk:
Welcome to DBA.

Thank ya. I like the stock look with naked shrouds.

That chain.. :P

Nice fresh meat. Let me warn you. What ever you do don't wreck around this group. Lets just say "Deliverance comes to mind"

Hahahaha! Well, DBA has one crash on me. I need to get a better one like James'.

Oh fine, I'll confess. It's mine.

Thanks a lot! Glad to be here.
