All the YZ bikes I have have not had a bottom/top done except mine. And that was only a hone/piston crank bearings. This is Joes, picked it up early this year from a guy without a clue. Couldn't pass up a bike with Enzo suspension and new rear rim for 1,400.00.

I'll have it back together for under 500 in parts and tools that I needed. And now I can do the rest of my 2t on my own.

to be fair its pretty much cali and nevada isnt far behind our nazi ways. in fact the entire country isnt far behind.

well yesterday i got my shims out.

with the knowledge of a good guy named srad i was able to figure out what sizes i need to get me back in spec.
just called the shop and they have the shims. waiting for the wife to get back with them as she was out christmas shopping then once back i will put her all back together and hope for the best :thumb:

Tonight I will be replacing the shattered windscreen for the cbr600 that I had shipped overnight after I dropped her in a frickin parking lot yesterday :( ugh Too depressing for pix lol
And if I get it done in time- I will be trying to fix JRS throttle before the big trip this weekend - never met a kid who can F up a throttle so bad. Not really even sure where to start with that one. New throttle tube ordered- hoping its just dirty. It sticks whereever u put it and makes crunchy griding noises - fairly certain its packed with shit from his umpteen wrecks last weekend haha Like mother like son lol

Add bark busters and NEVER repair again. Did that to all my bikes, cheaper the umpteenth throttle tubes and levers.
And get some spray graphite for lube.

i got bark busters exactly for that reason. i lay the bike over almost every time i ride. after the 2nd pair of levers i decided bark busters would be nice. then i started riding with tim and boy are they nice. bush stompin FTW :devil:

Ugh- Just got email that my new windscreen wont be in until after Dec 30th- I get to ride around looking like a kook :( Guess working on the crf throttle issue tonight it is.
