Cracked Frame

A buddy sent me these of his frame.

This is the bottom front part of the frame where the engine mounts to (exhaust header visible top left).

This is what it looked like on the inside after removing the engine, anything look off to you?

Looks just like a hackaw cut...
but I'm not sure how they would have gotten it in there with the engine installed... :noidea:

No. A crack has a jagged edge as the metal finds the weakest point to follow.
This obviously has material displaced uniformly on both sides as if a blade removed the material.
I think it was the reason for the crack.
This was 100% cut by a blade.

Also, it may not be malicious. Maybe just lazy.
I could see trying to cut something and not noticing I was cutting the frame also. :noidea:-BIG DAN

OK, those photos have CRACK written all over them. Weird how the first photos show such a different angle giving it a straight cut look.
It's just cracked. I can't explain that one photo, but these show the jagged edges I was referring to.
