I’m in Missouri, so I get snow every winter, snow hit a bit late this year though. (it snowed yesterday)

I have never seen those temps in my area....... . Snow , 3 times since 1968 .... and only lasts about 4-6 hrs. Then it's gone .....

The carb isn’t exactly tuned right either, but 10 degrees is too cold for tuning. :cry:

Yup, i tried starting it yesterday and it would only idle on choke. But it was 10 degrees out, and windy, so no valuable information...
