I recently picked up a yz85 and it has low compression i did bump start it with a vehicle, and it turned on but sputtered when the vehicle decreased speed when I kick it does sound like it wants to come on sometimes like when i choke and kick it revs then just cuts off i did recently order a top end but i want to make sure that it is just the top end feel free to tell me anything you guys think about it.

i did get it to run and man that thing ripz but ik riding it knowing it need a top end can make it worse so imma wait until it come in tommorow
thats exactly right the top end comes in tomorrow but that boy absolutely ripz with the bad top end i cleaned the carb chocked it and keep kicking and it fired right up.I'd be cleaning the carburetor with the air compressor and possibly replacing the jets with new, if I had a top end ready to install.
Sounds like it may have just been needing to be ran a few times.

hey i didnt put the top end on yet but its bogging out when im riding it i crank it and ride for 2min and then it just bogs down and turn off i know this sound dumb but im putting the top end on tommorow and i think that may be the problem
