YZ250F bog, backfire, high idle, and coolant drip?

End of last summer I rebuilt my 2007 YZ250F engine with a 13.5 comp piston compared to the 12.5 i had before. I just started it for the second time ever with the piston, but the first time ever with 100LL AVGAS, because the 13.5 needs higher octane. Anyway, I figured I'd need to play with the carb a bit, but I've never done it before and I need some direction. After starting, it bogged when I gave it a quick blip of the throttle, it backfired a lot, and it got stuck on high idle after revving it (it has a perfect idle otherwise, for some reason it just gets stuck). Then, I noticed coolant dripping from the overflow tube. What could be causing all this? Suggestions? If it's lean, what jets do I need? What could be causing the high idle problem? It also has an FMF powerbomb with factory 4.1 pipe, but the guy who had it before me installed those and said he already adjusted the jets for that.
