Hi all new to forum I have a 1992 yz125 looking over the bike I have noticed that there seem to be a push rod or a lever that is not connected or covered it's just behind exhaust above the water pump as in picture any help on what's it's for or what I need to do to rectify the issue would be greatly appreciated

looks like power valve linkage, Im not a Honda guy-it may have a missing cover though
