Hi, bought an 87 Xl250r a while back... title provided but NY state giving me trouble since it was signed by 2 owners that didn't register it.... NY wants receipts and taxes paid on each transaction... Looking for a good 86 or 87 Xl250r frame with clear title to swap all my parts on. Thanks.
