RM250 Won't start after rebuild

What up y'all? Hey I have a question, so I just got done rebuilding my 2010 RM-Z 250, I put a Wiseco 77mm piston in it, also has a new Head and camshafts, but it won't start for sh**, it's super difficult to kick over, feels like it has to much compression. Is that Normal for a Wiseco?? Or why won't it start??

As you reassembled, at which point did it not turn over normally?
Does the transmission turn freely in neutral?
Can you push the bike in gear with the clutch pulled in?

Yes. So I got it running today, had to bump start it with a four-wheeler but it runs like shit
