Through some clever video editing they were able to all but cut out the boat that the hose is attached to. The support boat is how the water is pressurized.

It's basically a jet ski that has a hose on the pump. Not just a small one either. The first model is 250hp. Pretty cool, but I imagine pretty expensive both to own and operate.
