However if you adjusted the wrong screw (fuel mixture) then you'll have to play with that for a bit to get the carb dialed in.  Thats why I mentioned count the turns. So if you did by chance pull the mixture screw out. You could put it back the same amount of turns that you found it. So If indeed you have found the Idle screw run it back in the amount of turns you removed it. Then turn it in an additional 4 turn. Try to start the bike. If it fires up let it warm up. Once its up to temperature then adjust the idle screw in or out to get the bike to idle where you want it.</blockquote>
