Finally I do 10x butterflies, then stand up and get as many curls as I can standing and curling from waist to chest while standing. I'm anxious to hit the trails and see if I notice anything. Sorry I'm not up on the gym lingo. If you have a work out that works that I can do on this machine let me know.
