Okay i was ridding my kdx200 today and out of no where it took off with out me touching the throttle any one know why?

Define "took off"

Did it shoot out from under you or did it just rev uncontrollably?
Either or, check to make sure you were not out of gas...

Air leaks cause uncontrolled revving sometimes. It happens worse if your bike runs overly rich and builds up fuel in the crankcase

I believe thats the most likely cause. Don't dismiss throttle cable problems or sticking slide in carb. but if it just flat took off without any rider input what andy said is where id look first.
