Possibly, the best burger ever!

OK, I started with 2 lbs ground venison. Added 1 lb ground lamb. (A very fatty thing)
Mixed very well.
Slice a large sweet vidalia onion about 1/4" thick
Formed burgers with the vidalia onion slices INSIDE. Made an 1.5" thick burger around the 4" diameter, 1/4 in thick slice of onion.
Punched in some coarse chopped garlic top and bottom on the patty!
Grilled in my kitchen on my jumbo sized George Foreman grille till medium rare!
Remove from grille and toast Mozzarella cheese on top while toasting jumbo Italian buns under the broiler!
Add all together and enjoy!
It is so tastey, you don't need condiments!

Now that sounds better than the bleach menu. :smirk:

Yummy, I just ate some left over Baby backs. I am washing it down with a bunch of Dos Equis and pain killer.
