Now I need to figure this guy out mechanically and research all the little tricks and tips

Son just picked up an 05. Likes to be bumped in first gear back and forth, the neutral, starts in one kick when he does that. Strange!!

This is his, best friends dad gave it to him but wanted the front plate back in return. Cost him $480. for work needed and a new number plate but he loves it at the track.
