The packs that are available now are a lot more sensitive to it than what we once had, but I am still shy about what I attach to myself. Hell my first real crash on the street left me with levis rivet imbedded in the flesh on my right hip. it reappeared months later. but i have seen a few rides cut short and multiple hospital trips in crashes that normally would have just been walk back and restart the bike and ride off.

i can usually tape anything I need to the back of the panels and the number plate, it just stays there on each bike.
