New dirt bike!!!

I know this is about the third time I'm asking for help but it should be the last. I have enough money saved up and convinced both of my parents to let me buy a dirtbike. (It took my mom the promise of free gardening to let me) I am between 5'6" and 5'"8 haven't checked lately. I weigh about 135 pounds and am a couple months away from being 15. 1st question. Is a 200-250 cc four stroke too big for me?
2nd question. I have 3 bikes that I like off kijiji here they are.

Honda crf 230

Yamaha ttr 230

And a ktm 125 sx

Please take a look and voice your opinion and if you feel that none of these would be good starters definitely tell me.
Thanks. Also sorry for such a long winded post and keep in mind the prices are canadian.

I'll also add I have no dirtbike experience. I do ride quads and a manual quad and can drive stick on regular vehicles. I will be using the bike for trail riding as I live on a farm.

I like the Honda. Great trail bike great beginner bike and a great bike for an advance rider. You'll love it and I would try to grab it for 2500.

The yamaha and Honda are priced right, the ktm is probably a little over priced unless it was recently gone thru which was not indicated in the add.....me not being much of a four stroke fan or a Honda guy, it pains me to agree with Mike and go for the CRF.
