Engine breaking is one way to put it, now I need to learn how to really work on bikes
its easy queasy, just take your time and don't try and take short cuts. Most of the time when I see someone frustrated its because they didn't take something off that they should have trying to save time
Btw this isn't my bike but I am sure will have to do most of the technical wrenching on it.

Aint that the truth. And no recognition untill they have realized "Oh I wouldnt be doing this with out you"
No kidding. Now I have to pay for gas, track fees, bike, fluids, parts, etc.
Makes me feel like an ultra dick for not fully appreciating it until recently. It really is an expensive sport.

It probably cannot cure diabetes. However being in good physical condition to ride it off road may help control diabetes.
