If you want to fully restore it, there’s a full set of aftermarket plastics (less tank of course) on eBay for $360. So, if you want to restore for sentimental reasons and don’t mind spending, I’d still would offer 150-200. If you’re looking to resale, keep in mind it’s limited market and you don’t want to over spend what you’re capable of selling it for. It would be a cool little bike when fixed up.
