I would adjust your idle mixture screw first and see if that helps at all.
-Set idle mix screw to 1.5 out turns from lightly seated.
-Bike HOT. Not warm, not within the first 15 minutes... HOT.
-Set your idle speed screw so the idle is a bit high.
-Turn your idle mix screw counter clock-wise (out) until the idle speed peaks.
-Turn the idle mix screw clock-wise (IN) an 1/8th of a turn. This is a slight enriching for safety's sake.
-Set idle speed screw back down to normal idle.
This should set you straight as far as idle.
If it doesn't help...
Clean the carb again.
Fresh fuel.
Clean air filter.
New sparkplug.
Inspect intake boot for cracks. (off bike)
Inspect reeds for cracking or fraying.
When was the last top end/piston ring inspection?
