Clickers don't affect your sag, only the spring does that. Clickers will adjust your rebound and dampening; in very simple terms, how fast the shock moves up or down.yamadogyz;41334:Rather than playing with the rings on your Rear shock to set the sag, can you use your clickers? Do you have to set your forks special too?
There are a couple PDF's in here if you want to get more detailed.yamadogyz;41342:Thanks!![]()
Race sag is only a term, doesn't matter if you "race" or not.TWS;41358:If I don't race does race sag really matter ?

Yeah you were putting the cart before the horse, start with the sag then get your clickers dialed in. Once you have the sag set right you shouldn't really have to adjust it again, unless you gain/lose weight or the shock nut moves.yamadogyz;41368:Typically, I play with my clickers to get what feels right and then run laps and time them to see whats fastest. it works well, but my sag really should be set. it's at stock. My fork springs are really really really good though so I'm covered there. I'm turning my clickers back to stock then setting the sag then playing with them again to get me back.![]()
