I was riding my 2002 honda xr200r one day I turned it off, then went to start it again, and it wouldn't. It had no compression. So over a little time I took it apart and found a bent valve stem so I replaced both valves and all the gaskets on the engine off the parts I took apart. I put it all back together with no issues filled it with oil and gas and when I went to start it it had compression, but almost acted as if it didn't have spark. I then checked the spark and it's getting spark, but just for the sake of it I borrowed a coil pack and spark plug wire and brand new spark plug still nothing. I'm stumped. Oh I also did make sure to gap the pulse generator properly. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I also did make sure to thoroughly clean the carb and check the float
What are your valve clearances ? Did you lap valves ? Check timing chain ?
