HELP GOOD IDEA OR NOT WHAT TO LOOK FOR?

Okay so I currently own a crf50 w/ an 88 cc kit w/ cam bbr, skid plate , tall seat , hd clutch plates , bbr bars , bbr rear rim with hd spokes , renthal chain and +2 front sprocket ecotect. Semi automatic.

Someone offered to trade me a 2006 yz85 new top end new cylinder new head , factory connection suspension protaper triple trees protaper fat bar clamps protaper contour bars msr clutch needs a crank a bearing


Should I do it? What to look for?

CRF50 NEEDS NOTHING

Trade it for the yz. Then trade the yz for a kx125. Finally trade the 125 for a kx250 and go have some fun! No but seriously I would trade it. Crank bearing aren't too bad to replace

Depends if your play riding in your back yard, looking to ride track or trails? the yz is versatile,the 50 is a backyard king imo.

are you a beginner rider that needs a bigger bike? or are you already riding bigger bikes and the CRF50 is just a toy?

As soon as my last bikeless daughter gets her own bike I'm gonna try to trade down from my KX125 to a 50, hopefully a PW to teach my grandchildren to ride. Point is, I'm sure there are others like me looking to do the same, I'd hold out and try for somthing like that. Money wise your modded bike is probably worth the same as a stock 125 from 10 years ago(same age as said 85)
