Other Headlight on KDX175

When I got my kdx175, there was no headlight and somehow, I don't remember the exact circumstances, the headlight switch got broken. I've purchased a new switch and I have no idea how I'm supposed to wire up the headlight. If anyone could help me by walking me through it, it would be greatly appreciated. I am a quick learner and pretty intelligent, so it wouldn't be a headache if someone could give me a hand. Thanks in advance!

I don't have the manual. I'm not exactly sure of the year. I think it may be an 83. I know you can probably tell the year from certain parts that are different, but I'm not sure what to look for

One difference I notice between your pics and my bike is the handle over the back fender. Mine looks longer. But it's hard to tell with the detail of your pics

I don't have a 175 manual...
The 1986 KDX200 manual is as follows....

Wire from magneto intended for lights, goes to the switch, and then onto the lights directly. They are 6V AC bulbs. Very dim and RPM dependant.
