Don't know if any others know about it, but Alpinestar sells Tech 3's for youth that are the exact same as adult boots, but only cost $79.00 brand new.
Just got a pair for my oldest, he plays college football and wears size 15 1/2" shoes.
The only difference was a small tag inside that says AYC.
Otherwise they are identical to the tech 3's I paid $200 for.

I have nothing to do with him other than I got some boots. He's a US based seller and shipped pretty quick.
Next to you helmet, your boots are the next most important protection.
