[QUOTE="TeamIdeal, post: 195435, member: 1696"] Thanks. I'm not really sure on cost, I didn't keep close track. I had the engine and forks already and I bought everything except the front forks and engine of the CR85 for $150. I had to buy a big wheel swingarm, $100 off eBay, the front and rear rims, $75 and $95. I did buy all new plastic except the shrouds, lets just say $80 there. I bought the CR bolt kit form Bolt, a few other bolts that I wanted to look new thru Rocky Mountain, add another $80. the engine I rebuilt with the CRF80F transmission because it has a better ratio, $50 off eBay. new BBR top end kit $120. Web cam, oversize valves and heavy duty springs and retainers, $250. Head and carb mods by Tom Zont Racing, I'm not going to say because he builds our race bike engines and gave me a great deal. If you'd send it to any good builder I'd expect you'd pay close to the $800 and up range to get done what he did. Same with the suspension, JM Racing Illinois builds our race bike suspension and gave me a great deal but you could expect to pay in the $600 range for his efforts.
