Compatible pipe

I'm looking for a compatible pipe for my 79 rm125. I found a silencer already and would like to get a pipe as well. I highly doubt I'll find something made for a 79 specific application. So I'd like to know if I can get another pipe that will work on my bike. I know it has to be for a 125. I'll use something from a different year if I need to. I'm not worried about keeping everything original. I have the factory pipe but it has a user made dent on it to have clearance for the tank shutoff valve.
