In case someone searches this later, running into the same situation. Email from Sudco.
"R1369N is the OEM stamping, we are Keihin Aftermarket. We have the same exact needle just different stamping. That would be the CGK needle for Sudco. I have 28 in stock and they are $5.51 each. The difference between N and M (drop the S, the S just means it is OEM) is the L1 length. The L1 length is the distance from top clip position to where the needle diameter is 2.515mm. The N L1 length is 39.95mm, I do not have the M measurement but it is just slightly shorter making it richer right about 1/4 throttle."
