250F broken bolts

went out ridin the other day, ended up hangin my bike up ona street sign. dont ask. anyway the rads dicked but not leakin fluid, where it hung up it ended up breakin the bolt off where the radguard and the gas tank bolt into the frame. i pulled the the rad off this morning and have been trying to get this bolt out since. i tryed getting a ez out goin but that didn't work so im thinkin now ill weld a washer and a nut on to the bolt and ratchet the bitch out..

now with the welding, wheres the battery so i can disconnect it?

If it's sticking out at all you can cut a slot in it with a cutoff wheel and use the proper size straight blade screwdriver on it.

The battery is probably under the seat. Attach the ground lead as close as possible to the place where you are welding.
