Well, I did have some stolen property but I gave it back because I know the law. However, I broke it to shit before I gave it back so the person I stoled it from could write it off as a loss. They got a new one so we did the same thing this year I stoled it, so they will get it back by the end of the year but broken. Does that count?

By the way, did all you internet shoppers turn in the amount you spent out of state?

Not a Cali thing but it is 10% "use tax" for imported items from out of state rather than the sales tax for your county/city. I got away with my TE450 that I purchased in AZ because the MSO/Cert of Org. said Corona CA where the NAHusky head quarters is located.
