Bad news on my bike guys

So I went to kick start the bike today kicked it 2 times on the 3rd kick I heard a loud crack I looked and the case had cracked so I pulled the engine but the cylinder doesn't want to come off does anyone know if the power valve has to come out to pull the cylinder

Dang.

That's gonna need some major TIG'in.

Get estimates once you get the cases pulled, it may be cheaper to buy used cases off ebay.

ooo.. that doesn't look good.. gonna have to do some serious ebay'ing

Cylinder looks good, the piston doesn't look so good. It could be just the pictures, but it looks like it has some pretty heavy scuffing and some blow by passed the first ring. If it were me, it clean up the piston, and mic it(and re-use it if it's still within specs), deglaze your cylinder, and get new rings, before reassembling.
