9 HOUR OFFROAD CUP TEAM RACE

I was and I knew better not sure it mattered that much. the front would ball up with leaves and mud really bad if you slowed. my biggest problem was low blood suger very weak at the end should have taken a candy bar or something in my fanny pack

are you diabetic?
 
no I don't think so I just pushed my body to far and it started breaking down. the typical hair scramble I am fine. I should have eatin a little better during the race. i am 44 years old

Reason I ask is I'm type 1.
and before I race or do any other type of physical activity I always carbo load to avoid low blood sugar
