Nope, 2nd gear does not do to well for MX. Looks like we are headed for the mountain single track.

I just emailed AMA asking for the reason behind not letting SPEED cover the outdoors......and kinda asking them to change it. So bummed out that I can't get to watch the races. I missed today's cause I can't drop everything to run inside to catch a live stream on the computer......much rather let my PVR record it so I can watch it at my convenience :wink:

Not sure of your coverage in Canada, but DirecTV is the best source for MX and SX coverage. The reason it is split up, is it would be hard to find a network who would want to give up all their time for a day of MX. For instance, for the outdoors, it is a 5:30 program. 4 motos, intermissions, and WMX racing. No network can give up the entire afternoon for MX racing.

Hope you find a good solution and keep in mind, the first two MX moto’s are live on www.allisports.com

Makes sense, however I can envision a day in the future when MX gets treated to all day coverage similar to NASCAR.
