RM-Z250 2011 rmz250 won't start

I have a 2011 RMZ250 and I can't get it to fire.
Brand new parts I've put on is.
Stator, flywheel/rotor, fuel pump and a wire harness. Still won't start.
I've taken it to a shop and they said the valves, injecter, timing and compression is all good and still won't start.
If anyone could help me with whatever they know would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When did it run last?
What was the compression the dealer read?
